Request a Quote

Tell us about the property. You’ll hear back from the appraiser.

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Requests received during business hours — seven days a week, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Central — generally receive a response the same day. Anything sent after hours is answered the next day.

To be clear: a same-day quote means a same-day fee and scope — not a same-day appraisal report. Complex assignments may require additional research before a fee can be quoted, and turnaround is confirmed only after the assignment has been reviewed and accepted.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required. Four fields and you’re done — name, phone, email, and the property address. Everything after that is optional. Please don’t send sensitive documents through this form; those are collected after an assignment is accepted.

Just four things to start
Please enter your name.
Please enter a phone number we can reach you on.
Please enter an email address so we can send your quote.
Please enter the address of the property.

That’s everything we need to get back to you. The two questions below are optional — answering them just means your quote comes back a little faster.

Optional — speeds up your quote
Closing, court, probate, tax, or draw deadline. Rush work may be possible for an additional fee.
An appraisal is developed for a stated client and intended user. If you’re not sure, leave it blank and we’ll sort it out together.

By submitting this form you agree to be contacted about your request by phone or email. See our Privacy Policy.

Your quote is free and carries no obligation. Requests received during business hours generally receive a response the same day; anything sent after hours is answered the next day. Submitting this form does not schedule an inspection or create an engagement — the assignment is reviewed and quoted first.

What happens next

  1. Your request is reviewed to confirm scope, service area, and availability. If we need anything else — the intended use, the property type, anything unusual — we’ll just ask in the reply.
  2. You receive a fee and scope by email, generally the same day. You can request a return phone call instead, or a brief consultation if the assignment needs talking through.
  3. You decide. No obligation. If it works, you get an engagement agreement covering the assignment, fee, scope, timing, and payment terms — signable electronically.
  4. Inspection, then report. Scheduled after acceptance. Most residential inspections run 30–90 minutes; reports typically follow within about three to five business days.
