How long we keep information

We collect only basic quote-request information and keep it only as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, complete any engagement, and meet professional and legal record-keeping obligations, including the record-retention requirements that apply to appraisal work under USPAP. We do not collect sensitive documents through this website; documents are exchanged by email or through an approved lender, AMC, or institutional portal after an assignment has been accepted.
